Following traditional German law, our classic hef is made with a mashbill of 50% wheat malt. The yeast lends strong banana phenols and spicy esters with just a hint of vanilla in the background. Some extra Munich malt gives our hef a beautiful copper color. When it’s too hot for pants, it’s time for Short Pants.

Draft at brewery. Bright orange golden, small creamy head. Aroma is weizen yeast, and oranges. Taste hrings bready malts, banana, bubblegum, clove and orange.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy peach color topped with a sand head. Nose is light banana esters some nice spice. Taste is more of the nice banana spice and some wheat.
