Wiley is here! Named after the newest addition to the Jim Dandy Family, little Wiley Gove. He's mighty strong, the perfect amount of sweet, and just made his imperial debut! Our newest imperial stout is thick, creamy, and filled with milk chocolate sweetness in the nose. Pours with a creamy espresso head, while hints of fig, chocolate torte, and bittersweet bakers chocolate round out the finish, to provide the perfect compliment of dessert sweetness and mellow bitterness.

Part of a sample of beers at the brewpub. Really enjoyed this brewery as a nice surprise. This one one of the top beers of the 5. Beautiful milk stout and the alcohol is well hidden. Moderate chocolate and coffee aspects as well.

On tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a small tan head, light lacing. Dark malts, chocolate, black licorice, coffee and cream, mild bitterness. Nice

Taster at brewery. Near black pour, a few bubbles. Woody aroma. Taste brings mild sweetness, the woody and nutty.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet malts chocolate cake brown sugar. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate brown sugar.
