Part of a sample of beers at the brewpub. Really enjoyed this brewery as a nice surprise. Clear mahogany with no head. Slightly cloying and nice.

Taster at brewery. Dark brown. small bubbly beige head. Malty aroma, sweet. taste comes in with some earthy, nutty flavors, along with minor fruity notes.

On tap at the brewery pours out dark cola brown topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet malts pit fruit and toffee. Taste is more of the nice sweet pit fruit rich malts and some spice.
