Traditional German style pilsner brewed with almost wholly Weyermann Pilsner and a touch of Munich malt. Classic light hop additions of Hallertau and Spalt during the boil. Lagered for 6 weeks then filtered for a clean, bright and crisp crusher.

Draft pour pint at E9. Crystal clear golden pour with a quick fading head. Gritty pilsner with kits of flavorful grain uonfrontm. Modest aroma. Crisp and cool throughout. Standard for the most part, but above average in flavor. Nice pils overall.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Clear golden body with a small cap of white head. malty, bready aroma, grassy.Taste is more crisp , clean grains, nice sharp bite from the hops at the finish. Nice pils.

16oz can pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is grain grassy hops and some spice. Taste is more of the light grain grassy hops and a touch of spice. A touch of sweetness.
