Our buddies from 18th Street Brewery in Indiana came up to get rowdy with some old favorites and brought some new toys to play with. Citra & Strata in the whirlpool & the dry hop because we love them so and racked onto an assload of Experimental #07270 on Day 1 because it smells like someone made a water pipe out of a pineapple. Can from Tavour. Pours light, hazy gold with a moderate white head. Tropical aroma - melon? Med body. Flavor is towards juicy and quite towards bitter. Going with pineapple, citrus and passion fruit as possibilities. There's a bite like passion fruit, and a little astringency like pineapple. Tasty.

16 oz can from Tavour. Pale golden, hazy, patchy head. Light tropical aroma, melon, mango. Taste continues with the tropical flavors , adding some soft citrus, tart notes. Floral, grassy, gentle bitterness.
