El Mariachi is a Tequila barrel aged gose infused with dehydrated lime and sea salt. The aroma is dominated by the complex perfumey character of Tequila with warm spice, leather, sumac and aromatic lime. The flavour is fresh and tart with a distinct flavour of Tequila and aromatic citrus that resembles orange and lime peel. The salt keeps the tartness in check, and the bitterness from the dehydrated lime creates a well-balanced and surprisingly complex beer

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - fuzzy yellow coloured pour with white head. Light fruity and malty with some grassy hoppy notes, nice zesty citrus and tropical fruity medley, light body and carbonation, touch of salt in the close.

On tap at Galbraith’s. Pours hazy and very pale. Huge amounts of lime, grapefruit juice, little perfumed lemon, some subtle tequila. Unbelievably delicate and so tasty.

Bottle at Dukes Brew n Que. Thanks to Fiona. Pours murky gold with a greenish tinge and thin white head. Aroma is a decent frozen margarita, definitely get the tequila. Taste is a definite margarita hit with a salty lime finish. It is definitely interesting. A fun and different beer.
