El Mariachi is a Tequila barrel aged gose infused with dehydrated lime and sea salt. The aroma is dominated by the complex perfumey character of Tequila with warm spice, leather, sumac and aromatic lime. The flavour is fresh and tart with a distinct flavour of Tequila and aromatic citrus that resembles orange and lime peel. The salt keeps the tartness in check, and the bitterness from the dehydrated lime creates a well-balanced and surprisingly complex beer

Bottle shared with the Crew at the Bottle Shop - London. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has tangy citrus, lime zest, pale wood, pine needles. Light-medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, low acidity, more zesty citrus. Neodymium bodied with fine carbonation. Finaihes with oily and zesty citrus, more like, lemon, faint woody drynes, melon. Quite enjoyable.
