On Tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom Clear deep caramel/amber with a fine dense light tan head. Sweet amber caramel woody sweetness in the aromas and flavors. SMoth body and a little woody astringency at the end. Nice lingering toasted caramelized malt notes.

Draft at taproom. Dark, clear brown with a cap.of fine bubbles, small foamy ring. Aroma is nice dark, roasty malts. Taste comes in with a subtle sweetness, nutty flavors and a light bitterness. Best bock I've had in a while.
