On tap at the Boise location. Clear deep brown with a thin tan head. Fairly big, dark roast malts, some old leather and earthy light roast. Nice, pretty robust. Lots of body and flavors.

Short pour at the Ram. Dark brown, sparse head. Nutty, roasty aroma. Taste follows with more lightly roasted malts. Pure and simple . Spot on.

On tap at Boise pub. Pours out brown with some ruby highlights topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts and a little nuttiness. Taste is more of the roast malts some sweetness and a nutty end.
