Draught at source: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is smoked meats... wood, some grain. Taste is smokey, lightly sweet.

Half at brewery. Pale golden, spotty head. Ashy, campfire aroma. Taste brings the smoke down a bit and adds a little sweetness. Yhins out near the finish, but on target.
