During the 1850's, a new style of beer was introduced in Delaware. A crisp, clean, cold fermented beer that would revolutionize brewing. This is our homage to the creator of the first lager beers in Delaware, Christian Krauch. This is a simple grain bill, with a light hop profile that is approachable by all!

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is crackers, coriander, orange peel, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a zesty, mild bitterness. Light, crisp, and doughy. Nice and yeasty.
