This is what we like to call a Funky Wit. We take our popular Bier du Blanc recipe and add a load of lemon grass to supplement the already abundant orange peel, then turn loose the wild saccharomyces and brettanomyces. Brett du Blanc is brighter and fruitier thanks to the wild yeast, without being overly sour or tart. Be adventurous and explore an element of brewing that is new to Delaware!

Taster flight at brewery. Cloudy, milky pour served with lemon slice. Aroma features light tart citrus notes. Taste is also mildly tart,, some from the brett, some from the lemon. Faint bready notes.
