Pale golden, clear beer with a bit fluffy white head, fed by lively carbonation. Very light leafy-hoppy aroma, faint touch of a peppery spice and some oxydation. Rather uniform dull-malty flavour with a metallic-bittery finish. Very dominant carbonation; light, watery body. Ultra dull Pilsener, very pale reflection of Northern German bitter Pilsener. Thanks to Jan and Charlotte!
