bottle. Clear golden yellow with a large head. Very hoppy indeed, slightly malty. Resiny hopy, full-bodied. A typical North German Pilsener.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, pilsener golden with a nice head leaving laces. Lightly floral aroma of hops. Medium body with some malt, but otherwise completely dominated by the aroma hops leaving a very solid dose of bitterness. A classical north German pilsener - "Norddeutsch Herb". 211206

Botle, Pale golden, foamy white head. Herbal sulphury bitterhop nose, harsh at first more aromatic grassy later. Light hayish body, agreessively herbal bitterhops, light skunk. Lightbodied. A hint of diacetyl in the aftertaste. Tries to be a big north german pils but fails in the details.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, pale golden, mid-sized fluffy white head; grainy nose with a tinge of cooked vegetables and a faint touch of cardboard; moderate bitter flavour; short, a bit grassy-bitter finish. Not really bad, but nothing special.................

(bottle) Slightly hazy and pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Grassy hoppy nose with a touch of malts and a hint of soap. Bitter flavour, light to medium body, low carbonation. Dense initial maltiness, dry and bitter hoppy grassy taste and finish. Less than decent Pils.

Bottle. Aroma has a hint of malt. Golden colour, unstable white head. At first bitter and malty, then astringent. A little hop aroma in aftertaste.
