(bottle) Hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a beige and firm medium-sized foamy head. Slightly toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, a tinge of vanilla, as well as subtle fruity notes and a whiff of hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty malty base with notes of caramel, bready accents and slightly herbal spice; sweet-bitter, moderately toasty and caramelly finish with a tinge of drying and spicy hops. Not bad. 02.XI.15

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours amber, nose is sweet toffee, malty, taste is similar, dry, little grassy.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Hazy brownish amber, mid sized head. Fruity nose with some butter and dough. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Doughy malt, lightly fruity with slight floral hops. Fairly low bitterness. Mild, sweet and gentle.

Das Bier hat eine klare dunkel orangegoldene Farbe und eine mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht nussig, röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, süß, Karamell, wenig nussig, wenig Vanille.
