(Tap) clear, bright, pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of grain; intense, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice crisp grassy hops a little sweet corn malt. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain notes and a touch of spice.

Pint at Pine Shed. Medium golden with small creamy head. Light grainy aroma, taste is full on biscuit malts. Nice gentle bitterness at the finish

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound, Bothell. Shiny golden pour with a ton of cloud foam head. A pretty typical pale lager here for me. Soft cream corn. Straw nose. A bit on the plastic side for flavor. Has a refreshing side to it. Late corn reminder. Not too bad, but this is something I get for the rate, and only the rate. It can’t be easy to make a standout in this style, but this could have been much worse.
