Taster at brewery. Medium, clear amber. Malty aroma and taste. Lighr sweet, leathery notes.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp clean amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet toffee caramel malt some spice and a touch of hops. Taste is more of the sweet malts and a light spice.

Cask at the brewpub, 10/11/14. Almost clear reddish amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is biscuit, grain, caramel, candied fruit peel. Taste comprises caramel, candied fruit peel, biscuit, mellow fruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light bitter notes. Ok for style and good cask condition.
