On tap at the brewery pours out rusty brown topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet pit fruit big barrel booze. Taste is more of the nice sweet pit fruit heavy caramel malts and plenty bourbon barrel booze notes.

On Tap at prefunk pour is a bit murky deep amber redish brown. RThin byt lasting light tan head. Big aroms of over ripe pited fruit, caramel, brownsugar. Flavors are similar, modest on teh Belgian yeast character. Lingering sweet boozy trailer. Quite pleasant and rich. Possibly a bit too much residuals but tasty over all nonetheless.

750 ml bottle from Homebrewstuff. Wad hesitant to drop $15 on this as I've had some shoddy beers from them. But the Eagle Stout was so damn good, i rolled the dice. Opens with a slow gush, muddy brown pour. Aroma hit with some strong wine aromas, boozy, sweet. This is probably from the cherries. Taste is sweet, yeasty, cherries and the rum barrel comes through. The initial burst of aroma made me cringe, but it actually comes together quite nicely. A bit sweet, and plenty boozy.
