Unberührtes Wimitzer Quellwasser, 100% Mittelkärntner Bio-Gerste und 100% Bio-Hopfen aus eigenem Anbau und das Ganze mit unserer untergärigen Hefe vergoren. Wie ein echtes ehrliches Kärntner Bier. Strohgelb mit feinster Naturtrübung, deutlicher frischer Grünhopfengeruch. Elegant schlanker Malzkörper und weicher Antrunk mit feiner Rezenz. Dezente Grünhopfenbittere im Nachtrunk. Dieses Bier wird aufwändig mit frischen Hopfendolden gebraut. Eine zusätzliche Kalt-Hopfung im Lagerkeller schenkt dieser Spezialität seinen feinen und frischen Hopfencharakter.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, some bready and mild mashlike sweetness. Flavour is grassy, herbal, earthy some floral and mild bready and grainy notes. Smooth palate.

Clear golden. Aroma is grainy malt with light noble hops and some rather bland beery base. Taste is bitter hops with light sweet malt. Pretty boring old lager. Meh.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hopfig, auffallend würzig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Malty sweetish aroma. Starts mild, malty, spicy, some herbal notes. Mild bitter notes in the background. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Nice one!

Bottle, many thanks herrklemann and kiwey! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is intensely earthy, würzig, grassy, honey, cut grass. Very green. Taste is herbal, würzig, earthy, hay. Slick oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Interesting, very unusual, but by no means bad.
