A Stout made with Cà Phê Chồn – one of the world’s rarest coffees, imported from Vietnam. Coffee beans are collected, cleaned and roasted after going through the digestive tract of the luwak, a type of civet with very particular tastes. Roasted malt links coffee, citrus and dark chocolate to form a potent brew leading to a hoppy, happy, bitter citrus finish.

Len, lagom sötma i början som går över till en lite mer besk chokladaktig ton. Riktigt trevlig

Thick, black colored, small non lasting creamy tan head, only ring. Aroma is of roasted malt and coffee mostly, dark chocolate, some caramel and toffee, coffee beans, bit vanilla. Taste is quite sweet malt, roasted and dark chocolate, some caramel, bit toffee, plenty of coffee and beans, light vanilla, bit alcohol with warmth, medium roasted coffee bitterness, sweetish choco caramel coffee finish and aftertaste. Full bodied, soft carbonation, creamy coffee. (can, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)

355 ml can poured in to a Tulip. Pitch black with a thin tanned head that fades completely. Sweet roasted aroma with coffee, caramel malts, liqourice, subtle chocolate and roasted notes. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oliy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with dark malts. Coffee and liquorice. Great Stout.

Black with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have heavily roasted malts and coffee. It stays earthy and bitter until a hint of sugary sweetness comes through in the finish. Thick oily texture. A bit too boozy and earthy.

0.355 l can from 'Braukunstwerk', canned in July 2017. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty and a little fruity aroma of nougat, hazelnut, milk coffee and a touch of dark fruits. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty taste of nougat, hazelnut, vanilla, milk coffee and traces of dark fruits, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter, moderately earthy finish with a touch of resin. Almost full-bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Lovely beer, great balance, very pleasant.
