Aged in an acacia barrel we got from Mad Fritz brewery in St. Helena, CA, this blend beer is a beautiful example of the subtle depth of character we can achieve with time and gentle production techniques. Bottle conditioned with Oregon honey.

750ml bottle pours out dark amber topped with a tan head. Nose is funky spice herbs and plenty wood barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice funky wood barrel notes plenty of spices. Another wild creation from ale apothecary.

Bottle at share, courtesy of Joel. Dark brown pour with frothy tan head. Aroma leads with herbal notes, woody, tartness. More earthy herbal notes in the flavor, along with some funky tartness.
