On Tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom. Black pour. Lots of dark roast and modest booziness form the barrels. Rich, big and heavy. Full bodied and hefty. Good.

Draft at brewery. Dark brown, small creamy tan head. This was already a solid porter, can it get better? Yes! Woody, bourbon notes make up the aroma. Taste features the solid malt base with some sweet whiskey accents, smooth, strong. Really tasty, warm and full. Wow!

On tap at the brewery/tap room Black pour with a thin light tan head. Dark roast aromas and flavors. some cold campfire and earthy rosted bitterness. Not much of a departure from there other porter.

Taster at brewery. Dark, black pour, colar of beige head. Aroma and taste feature roasty malts, chocolate notes, thick body, rich textures. Nicely done.

On tap at the brewery pours out a black topped with a tan head. Nose is big roast malts some ash and coffee. Taste is more of the big rich malts ash and heavy roast.
