Our third iteration in our Brüt IPA series, Brüt Punch truly lives up to its name. Orange, guava, and grapefruit in the nose is accompanied by strawberries, mango, and pineapple in the taste. We mixed a blend of these fruit juices with a pairing of Galena, Palisade, and Cascade hops. The drier Brüt body is balanced by the fruit and the result is a juicy IPA that is sure to please!

On Tap at Homestead, Meridian. Hazy dull orange pour. Coarse white head. Some light fruit punch medley of tropical flavors Light grassy hop bitterness. Not much here, light slightly fruity and low bitterness...which is what it is supposed to be

Taster at Heritage Hop Haus. Dark golden pour, ring of white head, fine carbonation. Light fruity aroma. Taste is more of the light fruity notes, with the champagne yeast bringing some dryness. White grapes
