This full flavoured 7.4% DIPL (Double India Pale Lager) delivers a taste adventure through its use of British, Czech and US hops. The combination of Admiral, Kazbek, Jarrylo, Simcoe, and Mosaic complements a full aromatic front-end with a balanced resinous hoppy finish, achieved through a full eight weeks of lagering in our fermenters.

440 ml can picked up at elite wine Merchants in Earl's Court.Deep golden body, small foamy head, sticky lacing.Grainy, bready aroma with some spicy hoppiness. Taste moves the hops forward, instantly on the tongue, peppery. Creamy and slick, with the hops lingering well after you've finished.

Keg at the Rake, 18/08/18. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is sweet malts, light perfumey dung notes ... kind of a Red Bull thing, bread dough, citric peel. Taste comprises citric sherbets, light bready malts, pineapple chunks, grassy, perfume, orange pith, splash of mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Ok IPL if a touch overly perfumed.
