This Imperial Coffee Stout is brewed in collaboration with Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. As you're cruising along you will smell hints of roast and chocolate. Keep the wheels rolling and you'll taste chocolate through and through. A coffee finish rounds out the beer with a balanced bitterness that ties everything together without making it too sweet. Get your coffee for the ride there and your stout for the ride back!

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Black pour with a thin quickly dissipating tan head. Nice coffee and dark roast aromas. Sharp roasty flavors, well bittered and a smooth finish though not heavy or slick. Some Black IPA DNA in this one.
