Taster at taproom. Light amber, tiny ring of head. Aroma is boozy, pretty much all you notice. Taste follows with nice caramel malts, hops and a bit of burn. Slick and slippery.

On Tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom Slight haze on this light amber pour. Fine off white head. Light toasted malts and a slick palate. Some Belgian yeast character but a heavy palate.

On tap at the brewery pours clear crisp honey color no head. Nose is sweet pineapples caramel toffee and a touch of barrel maybe. Taste is more of the big sweet malts toffee forward some light fruit, pretty much a barley wine.

On Tap at the Garden City taproom Clear deep golden thin wispy white head. Light malty sweetness. Some piney resinous hop flavors and bitterness. the big IBU bite is late and slow. A littel sweet and smooth. Kind of a brandy of hoppy beers. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery pours out a clear crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is big sweet malts some melons and a heavy hop. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts melons and leaf hops.

Draft at brewery. Brigh amber, clear, light patchy head. Aroma doesn't give much away, a bit of malt. Taste blasts the palate with astringent bitterness, some citrus oil. Super bitter, not much actual flavor.
