We use a traditional Bavarian yeast strain, German malted wheat, and barley,and a Pacific Northwest hop varietals with German roots. Fermented cool, to allow the banana like flavors and aromas to slightly rise above the natural clove qualities. Golden in color, and permanently hazy, from the heavy use of wheat, and the traditional yeast strain

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Taster at brewery. Hazy golden body, sufficient head. Plenty of weizen notes in the aroma and taste, but overall I thought it was a bit too sweet.

On tap at the brewery pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is wheat germ spice notes some banana and peanutbutter maybe. Taste is more of the nice wheat spice grain banana bread and some sweetness.
