On tap at the brewery pours copper pink color topped with a ring of a head. Nose is big sour tart cherries and a pie crust note. Taste is more of the nice cherries and berries along with plenty of sour notes.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Foggy light orange amber with a thin fine white ring of bubbles. Nice tart slightly vinegary aroma. Quite salty compared ot other Gose’s. Mild cherry notes, and a big bready mellow malt body. Quite full and thick.

16 oz can from Boise co-op. Copper colored pour, patchy head. Aroma is pure Flanders sour, tart and sweet, and salty. Taste is tart cherries, brett, ans what serms like salt. A sweeter version of a classic Belgian sour.
