Bottle at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is pine and roasted malt. Medium body, bready malt, light roast, dry finish, decent.

Can from Brewers Haven. Poured into a Kostritzer glass, hoping it would have a positive efect. No such luck. Dark brown pour, instant foamy head, which subsides to skin. Roast grain aroma, hints of coffee. Taste is more of the roast grains, but comes off thin. Hint of bitterness, mostly absent of flavor.

Can pours a clear dark brown with a thin beige head. dark toasted malts and a smooth rather full palate. Dark nutty malt flavors, very lightly hopped. Nice
