This german style crystal clear wheat beer is a real crowd pleaser. Unlike its cousin, the hefeweizen, we've removed the yeast and cloudiness from this wheat beer to give you all the pleasures of a good, light, smooth wheat ale, without the haze. Try it with a slice of lemon, you'll love it.

Taster at brewery. Light golden, skin of head. Served with lemon, unnecessary. Adds too much citrus. Hides a bland beer, not too much weizen here, not very clear either.

Draft: Hazy yellow pour with an ample white head. Mild aroma is wheat and citrus. Flavor is truly mild, yet oddly satisfying... Wheat, citrus, and light hops. The maltiness that I’m noticing from the PV beers only faintly shows up here.
