Our twist on a classic Maibock brewed with 14% Rye. The addition of rye gives a very subtle "spicy" character to the mall profile. It is a full bodied lager with a crisp aroma and smooth malty flavor. Fermented cold, and lagered (cold aged) for an extended time to ensure an exceptionally drinkable beer.

On tap at the brewery, taster.Nice copper color, small ring of head. Sweet malty aroma, rye adds some more depth to the malts here. Taste brings more malty, grainy flavors, with a hint of the traditional rye funkiness. Smooth and creamy.

On tap at the brewery pours a crisp copper amber topped with sand head. Nose is sweet malts belg candy notes and spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pit fruit almost and a little spice.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of leather with some bread crust. Smooth, slightly bitter finish.
