On tap at the brewery/taproom pale super light golden pour. Light sweet malts and a definite pear component. Sweet and smooth.

Tadter at brewery. Cross between a lager and a perry. Nice pear aroma and taste. Pale golden, small ring of head. Light and refreshing.

On tap at Marceres Cellar pours out light golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice sweet pear some apple and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit notes pear leads the way and some honey.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Flavors of pear, tart white wine and sweet peach. Complex. With light tart finish.
