On Tap Hazy deep caramel color. Thin wispy head. Lots of sweet maple and burbon barrel in the aromas and flavors. Smooth and an unfiltered "woody" trailer.

On tap at the brewery pours crisp amber copper color topped with a tan head. Nose is big maple sweetness bourbon barrel vanilla notes and booze. T

Taster at Cole Rd location. Dark amber, strong maple aroma. Bourbon notes come through a bit, but the maple works well with bock base, kind of sweet, latent warmth. Also released a bacon version of this beer.
