On tap at the brewery pours out a dark amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet pit fruit rich malts and some light hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet pit fruit notes and some spice.

Taster at BitterCreek. Dark brown with spotty head. Peaty, earthy aroma, full. Taste is spot on, all the right buttons. Sweet, bitter and dirty. I'll fess up, I was expecting to hate, but this is damn good . Screaming for some barrel aging. Rum?

On Tap at Bittercreek, Boise Murky dark brown. Thin light tan head. Nice earthy chocolaty toasted malt flavor profile. Lightly hopped, and a unfiltered feel.
