Each year we fresh hop our IPA from fresh picked hops from local farms.... yes they let us come out and pick them by hand! Each batch is different as we try different varieties for fun each season.

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Dark amber with one finger fluffy head. Nice malty aroma, bread. Taste is also malty, with a nice mellow hop bitterness. wonderful feel to this too, creamy and smooth. Not a huge hoppy IPA, more a nod to the English style with some potato flour for texture.

On tap at Bier:30. Hazy dull deep orange light tan. Dense sticky beige head. Fresh up front and dull hop aromas and flavors. Moderate bitterness for an IPA but very nice citrusy fresh flavors. Full bodied. Maybe my favorite of theirs.

Draft at Growler Guys, labeled as fresh hop Idaho potato ale. Hazy orange pour with a modest beige head. Floral hop aroma, a little herbal too. Tastes bitter with floral hops and just a bit sweet. Ok.
