Stovepipe can
Beautiful golden colour. Moderately intense aroma, piney hops. Clean mouthfeel, mild biscuits and toffee notes, and balanced piney hops; balanced bitterness too. Not as bright as I'd like, but essentially modernly constructed.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has grassy pine and earthy citrus rind with a bit of grain backing. Flavor has light pine and dank citrus with some rind and grass supporting.

On tap at McKay's Taphouse, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and subdued piney hops. Flavour is very fruity, with stone fruits, piney hops, resins, and toasted biscuity malt. Wonderful balance between fruity hops and biscuity malt. This is excellent.

Crowler from Growler Guys. Medium Amber with light fluffy head. Hoppy aroma, piney. Taste has the hops forward, with some nice caramel malts filling in behind. Pretty standard for a classic IPA.

OnTap hazy dull golden. Thin white head. Strong resinous piney hop aromas and flavors. Slick palate, and somewhat chemically.

Sample at The Bier Stein. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Appropriately named, decent overall.
