This award-winning IPA is brewed with Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hop Union. Using an innovative cryogenic process, lupulin glands are separated from the hop cone, leaving behind a “hop powder” containing all the flavor and aroma oils. Enjoy the huge aroma and juicy flavor from the pounds of Mosaic in this experimental IPA.

On tap at Everybody’s, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has gentle dank hops, a little allium, a little pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has some bitter grapefruit peel, piney hops, light citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Finishes bitter and grapefruit. Not the most vibrant hop expression but it’s decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours out a hazy golden, small frothy head. Aroma is sharp citrus, funky, earthy hops. Taste brings more of the citrus and dank hoppiness. Nice feel with a touch of sweetness.
