The Elvis Presley Of Beer. Dark brown in color, light in body, with dark chocolate notes, and mild hop balance. Coffee aroma fills the glass but does not dominate. We make our own toddy cold coffee with fresh bean from Boise, Idaho’s Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters.

Draft at Crescent No Lawyers. Dark brown, near black pour with small skin if beige head. Aroma is coffee, not too heavy. Taste too features the coffee, nit strong, but enough edge out any of the porter base. Coffee lingers.

On tap at The Growler Guys. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa and roast. Medium body, dark chocolate, toasted malt, light dry finish, good.

On tap at Brewforia. Pours out a dark brown topepd with a tan head. Aroma was of old coffee and dark roast. Taste was more of the coffee and roast malts along with a light hop.

On tap at Brewforia. Nearly opaque deep brown/black with a small fleeting sandy colored head. Modest roasted and coffee aroma. Light burnt toast and soft coffee on the toungue. Softly carbonated and a thin but smooth palatte. Husky slighlty papery trailer. OK. Sessionable but not special.

on tap-pours a dissipating tan head and black color. Aroma is coffee/roasty/ashy –dark malt. Taste is coffee/roasty/molasses/ashy-dark malt, secondary earthy hops bite. Not my style.

Draft sample while shopping at Brewforia. Chocolate brown color with a large tan head. Heavy coffee and roast aroma, just as you’d expect from this style. Not the best coffee flavor, sort of dry and relatively weak, with moderate roast and cocoa powder. Seems like the coffee is the problem here... Every so slight amount of bitterness. Just ok.
