These wines are made from a dark, rich, cache valley honey in Logan, Utah. The full bodied flavor blends delightfully with the fragrant notes of clover and sage to produce a truely unique set of wines. These wines come in a variety of sweetness levels and that’s why we describe them with Levels of the Seasons from a Dry - Winter to a Sweet - Fall. You get a smooth wine with the flavors of the dark wildflower honey we use from Cox’s Honey Land

Battle at share (Toby?) Clear, pale straw color, kind of plain. Straight forward honey aroma and taste, some meadow-y / floral notes, but pretty much just honey. Tiny savory notes throughout.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color, frankly unappealing. A nice nose of big clover and honey. Sweet, rich honey and massive earthy fruity clover and sage, some light apples. Good. A bit thin.
