Our mainstay IPA comes with the "No Hop Rookies" warning. This beer was brewed to strain your taste buds as you decipher how it’s possible to get such a strong grapefruit flavor from the selected hops and still create such a delicious beer. You can thank the Simcoe, Cascade, and Citra hops for this wonderful combination.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A cloudy but bright golden orange pour. Lots of foam head and lacing. Cool to see this brew still going strong over 10 years after first being introduced. Nice classic IPA with a balanced aroma. Grassy hop front with an aggressive lingering bitterness. Bold and flavorful IPA. Nice.

On tap at the brewery/taproom Clear deep golden pour. Mild standard malts and mellow but firm smoooth piney hop character. Balanced and drinkable but not very fresh or sharp.

Draft at Uncle Sam's. Hazy, pale golden, almost milky, soft creamy head. Aroma is sweet, citrus, juicy. Taste follows with more citrus, grainy flavors, citrusy hops. Light on the palate but leaves it tingling

On tap at White Bluffs, pours a clear amber orange with a small white head. Aroma and flavour is disharmonious, with piney and resinous hops, and sweet caramel. Messy and jumbled. Meh.
