Tight white fluffy head stayed on a translucent pale golden, slowly carbonating body. Sweet, malt, grass & wheat aroma. Medium, soft over the tongue with a sharp carbonated back & clean feel. Pale malt, citrus, yeast, wheat, grass & grain tastes

Thuis uit een halve literfles, gedeeld met Kommer. Lichtgeel, lekker fris bier. Prima voor de temperatuur van vandaag, circa 30 graden! Niet bijzonder, maar wel fris.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Bright clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry and with modest fine carbonation. Smooth dry malts, lightly sweet, little German nuttyness. Dry floral mid. Modest citrus. Floral dry finish. A bit dry.

Bottle at GBBF 2018. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Bready aroma. It's a decent dortmunder. Not complex but solid enough. OK lemon touch of dry malt. It's fine if not exciting.

Bottle thanks to Ian at GBBF 2018. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, doughy white bread, airy malts, cereal, straw, grass and slightly metallic. The taste is dry, bitter, doughy, cereal, toasted grain, grass, slightly metallic and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Not bad. Decent for style.
