Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is malty, mild to medium canned corn - DMS ( to the upper level of acceptable ) Taste is medium bitter. DMS is much milder than the scent made me anticipate. mild maltyness ( cracker ) . Ok overall. Bit bitter aftertaste. Fairly light bodied and average carbo.

Golden with medium white head. Aroma is citrus lots of wheat and some barley. Taste is balanced bittersweetness with a not to rough pils like finish. A bit grainy. Solid.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Aroma of fresh cereals, as well as slightly citric and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dry and grainy malt character with a good dash of herbal and hay-like hops, lingering into the well-balanced bitter-sweet finish. Good one. 28.IV.18

50cl bottle
Golden color, white head with mediium retention. Aroma has notes of straw, hay, some corn. Flavor is slightly bittery, light maltiness, cerealish. Light bittery final, some corny.

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A clear golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, straw. Taste of mild grainy malt, pale malt, straw.

Sampled at BKL2018. Hayish, good grassy aroma. Golden, white head. Great balance of chewy malt and grassy hops. Hay retronasal, solid.

Tap. Clear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is sulphuric, cereals, grains, malt sweetness, fresh hops. Taste is sulpuric, cereal, a bit more grainy than your average Helles, nice fruity hop character. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Excellent Helles, much better than each of the three test batches.

On tap at Braukunst Live. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with herbal hops and a touch of DMS. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal hops and a nice bitter finish.
