Utilizing a blend of 2-row and white wheat, Bivy is the perfect light American wheat beer for the ‘dog days of summer’. This beer starts with a nice light fruit character from Mosaic hops and finishes clean and dry...just like a good Bivy should.

Taster at the brewery. Nice looking pour, hazy bright golden with a thick creamy head. After that, it's rather pedestrian. Light bready notes in the aroma and taste. Decent feel, but could use a bit more flavor.

On tap at the brewery pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is light wheat grain and a touch of fruit. Taste is more of the light wheat notes and a little spice.

Standard hazy yellow light beige. Full tight white head. Mellow wheat malt aromas and flavors. Not so wheaty and bready as others. A bit more clean bite at the end as well. Not bad for a generally not very exciting style.
