Crisp, easy drinking, and refreshing pilsner. Very mild earthy hop aroma with sweet grass on the nose followed by a traditional light lager flavor and smoothness. It's the perfect patio beer!

Clear light golden. Nary a head, white wispy spots on teh edges. Very light pale grains, yes, under hopped. Its there but for a Pils, needs a bit more noble punch. Otherwise, pretty mellow.

Taster at BitterCrot much of a hops bite. eek. When is s pils not a pils? When it’s a lager. Straight up graininess, not much of a hops bite. Sweet, grainy, drinkable, but not a pils.

On tap at bittercreek boise. Pours out a pale crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is cream is corn light grassy hops and plenty sweetness. Taste is more of the corn grain sweet malts and grass.
