Made with the men and women on the fireline in mind. Made with bourbon soaked smoked applewood and a little cinnamon for added kick. All the proceeds from this cider go to The Wildland Firefighter Foundation a program that helps the families on wildland firefighters killed in the line of duty and helps fireifghters and their families who are hurt on the line.

At the brewery. Pours a light amber color. A big spicy and sweet nose. Sweet pie apples, some spicy cinnamon, maybe a bit of vinous oak. Very nice.

Sampled at Meriwether during RBSG. Yellow pour with a small white ring. Aroam is light cinnamon and apples. Sweet and light spice. Tastes sweet and lightly spiced, the cinnamon plays into a very faint smoky bit. Finished dry and lingers.

22oz bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a pale straw. Nose is nice light cinnamon apple a light smoke note. Taste is more of the apple cinnamon smoke and light sweetness.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is spice, pears, ginger. Thin body, cinnamon, ginger, light tartness, dry finish, very good.

Taster at taproom. Light sweet apples in aroma and taste. Some apple pie notes from the spice. Dry, and sweet.
