All the proceeds from this cider go to The Wildland Firefighter Foundation a program that helps the families on wildland firefighters killed in the line of duty and helps fireifghters and their families who are hurt on the line.

At the brewery. Pours a light amber color. A big spicy and sweet nose. Sweet pie apples, some spicy cinnamon, maybe a bit of vinous oak. Very nice.

Sampled at Meriwether during RBSG. Yellow pour with a small white ring. Aroam is light cinnamon and apples. Sweet and light spice. Tastes sweet and lightly spiced, the cinnamon plays into a very faint smoky bit. Finished dry and lingers.

22oz bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a pale straw. Nose is nice light cinnamon apple a light smoke note. Taste is more of the apple cinnamon smoke and light sweetness.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is spice, pears, ginger. Thin body, cinnamon, ginger, light tartness, dry finish, very good.
