Our most popular beer with Teton Valley locals. Not your standard pale; more body and mouth feel, with focus on a big, malty profile, and more finishing hops than bittering. The result is great aroma and lots of hop flavor that’s very drinkable. Brewed with Cascade, Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops, then dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight.

On tap at the brewery pours out a copper orange topped with a sand head. Nose is light hops pine citrus and some light sweet caramel malts. Taste is more of the nice light hops and a well balanced malt bill.

Draft in Pocatello. Mild for a pale, but definitely easy to drink. After being outside all day, it was a very welcome quaff. Clear, golden with a cap of white head. Hoppy aroma, gentle. Taste also has a nice hops snap, but still allows the grain bill to shine through.
