Our unique brewing methods take the “bite” out of the bitterness usually associated with IPA’s, making this is one of our top-selling beers. Named after the Hamlet of Ebenezer where the brewery resides.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Draft at brewery. Not your traditional IPA, smoky, malty. Light amber pour, aroma and taste challenge the palate. Can’t quite place the flavors.. Malts? Hops? Slightly fruity, savory, herbal, piney. A conundrum, but not too bad.
