Flaske 0,33l fra Kilpishalli. Delt med Rune under middag i H9 5 Jun 12. Gyldengul. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Søt maltaroma med innslag av frukt. Smaken dominert av søt malt. OK matøl.

500ml bottle, as Harald Voima Olut, kindly shared by Finn at a local tasting session. Clear golden body to a lasting, filmy layer. Aroma is earthy with dusty hops, and honey. Sweet honey and caramel malts in flavour as well as hints of grain that continues into a sweet ending. Lack of hops. Drinkable, though (at Finns in Tromsø, 05.06.2012).

Bottled 500ml (K-Kamppi, "Stallhagen Harald Viikinkien voimaolut")
Clear yellow color, vanishing small white head. Aroma is typical Finnish macro lager: sweet honeyish malty. Now just with some real honey added. A bit perfumic too. Light-bodied, fizzy. Sweet malty flavor with some honey. Actually less sweet than expected. Close to normal Stallhagen III beer. Light grassy bitterness. Quite different than Laitila’s Harald-version.

Bottle (from Prisma, Vaasa). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy/fluffy white head. Aroma is honey, grass, hay and some sweetish malts and quite bready malty notes as well. Flavour is grass, some sweet malts, mild honey and some slight grainy notes as well. Quite pleasant beer, even though it feels a bit "bulky" for being Stallhagen. Nice honey balance though, now they should just find the right balance in the beer, to not feel bulky, but more malty and honeyish only (as for the basic taste, before the hops).
