22 oz bottle poured. Big IPA here for sure. Dark, thick copper pour with a ton of cream foam head. Comes off as a winter IPA to me. Bold, dense, and warming. Love the label, and descriptors to pair. A roasted heavy malt aroma. Flavor is quite toasty as well. Bold, almost spiced malt constant, with a moderate bitter. Has a doughy side to it as well. Hops more noticeable as it warms. A big toasty beer here. Very unique for an IIPA, or for any beer really. Not bad.

Bottle from Albertsons. Dark amber with ruby tinges, foamy head subsides to skin, sheets of lacing. Hoppy , woody aroma. Deep flavors too, caramel and hops. Heat too, and lots of it.(8.7β
from the label). Pretty rich, and nicely priced. Would love to do a side by side with IHβs Gary.
