Bottle black flat pour. A small thin tan head can be coaxed with a swirl or an agressive pour. Seen roasty aromas and flavors. Smooth slick palate from the lactose and a little milk sweetness. Better as it warms up.

Bottle from Albertsons. After enjoying their Sins of Our Fathers flagship RIS, I had high hopes for this. Those hopes were dashed. Mediocre pour, black and flat. Faint aroma of roast grains, mildly sugary, and oddly floral. Taste was neither too sweet or too bitter, just bland, with more of the odd soapy notes. Feel had some of the lacto characteristics, but not enough to salvage this.
